Initial public draft of the Agent World Protocol: four-layer architecture, lockstep and streaming time models, action lifecycle, command channels, first-class task instruction, safety model (grants, envelopes, approval, audit log), six profiles, and error registry. The relay-transport, command-channel, task, follow_trajectory, elicitation, and capabilities proposals were folded into the draft specification text.
